Study On The Enterprise Logistics System

The enterprise logistics system, the indispensable part of an enterprise, is "the third source of profit", which provides a well support to the development of the enterprise. Therefore, studying it has both important theoretical and practical meanings. The author employs the method of normative and positive analysis, combine with the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to build the basic theoretical structure of the impersonal economic law of the enterprise logistics system, after taking relative research fruit of the overseas for reference, and then apply the results to discuss how to choose and design the logistics system in China.The structure and the main content:The content in chapter 1 is the review of relative theory of enterprise logistics system. The author summarizes and comments the theory of the Marx's and other western theoreticians', and in this way provides the analysis tools and theoretical basis for more study.In chapter 2, the author introduces of the enterprise logistics system. The purpose is to confirm the scope of the study and ground it. First, the dissertation introduces the development of the logistics, and summarizes the definition of it. Then, it gives a brief introduction of the enterprise logistics system, which mainly consists of the connotation of the enterprise, the enterprises' system and the author's own idea of it. The third part is to discuss the pertinence of the enterprises' system and the third source of profit, and analyze the way to gain the third source of profit. And therefore ground the base for further research.In chapter 3, the author analyzes the benefit gained by the logistics systemdeeply and entirely. The key point is to discuss the reasons of its constitute. The dissertation introduces the author's idea of the gross incoming of the logistics system, which is the summation of the added income by the logistics system and the saved cost. The added income mainly comes from the following: l,time benefit; 2,place benefit; 3,the formality of the involved enterprises' values of the merchandise; 4, the promotion of the competitive ability of the enterprise. And the saved cost mainly consists of the save of the directed operating cost and the transaction cost.In chapter 4, the author discusses what the logistics system cost is from the point of economics base on the analysis mentioned above and form the gross cost model of the enterprise logistics system abstractly therefore form a entire structure with the chapter 3 and provide the analyze tools for the following. First, the dissertation introduce the logistics system cost, which purpose is to comb the introduction of the cost which disperses in different subjects systemically from the concept, constitutes and the general classification. Then the author studies the special quality of the cost and finds besides some typical characteristic as undistinguishable and uncountable, the cost consists of the multiplier effect law for the enterprise' income, then induce the formula and the range of its value, which found the basis of the logistics cost. The last part is the main important one of this chapter, the author considers the logistics system cost more abstractly and deeply based on the above, then divides the gross cost of the logistics system into three parts which are direct accounting cost, efficiency cost and transaction cost, and construct the gross cost model of logistics cost. The construction of the model not only reflects the essential characteristic of the cost, but provides a feasible way for accounting, analyzing and administering the gross cost newly.The purpose of chapter 5 is to comb the domestic and overseas development stage of logistics, then the author deduces the evolutive logic of the logistics system, and estimate the pattern of the future model. This chapter starts from the history of the logistics system, following the category of the development stages of the logistics model. They are outsourcing model centers on the merchant in the Industrial Revolution prophase, self-support model centers on the combination ofmass production and mass delivery in big industrial revolution and the socialized cooperatives model centers on the client in information age. Based on it, the chapter discusses the reasons and the terms of the evolution of logistics system.In chapter 6, the author discusses the logistics model in China, and promots the principles of choosing, which are design model should on the basis of the cost-benefit analysis and concern with the entire factors, after comparatively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of both self-support and outsourcing. Further discussion is about the developing trend which is the enterprise should ally with third party logistics to administer together. At last, the author offers three examples of this type.In chapter 7, the author applies the result to analyze the problems and reasons of the enterprises logistics model in China, and provides corresponding measures. First, the author reviews the actuality in China and points out that the proportion to use third party logistics is still low. And then the author analyzes the reasons and provides the measure. In the following, on the base of the results mentioned above, the author analyzes why our enterprises prefer to choose more TPL to cooperate, and provides her own solution.Innovative ideas of this dissertation are as follows:1. The visual angle of research is quite new. The research on logistics laws is commonly brought into the scope of Management or Macroeconomics by academic circles. Different to that, this dissertation discusses the general laws of corporate logistics system mainly from the view of Microeconomics. It also attempts to give convincing explanations to relevant economic phenomenon and guidance to practice through the profound analysis on micro-corporate logistics system.2. The dissertation puts forwards the analysis frame of corporate logistics system. Aiming at the situation of lacking systematization and profundity in current research, this dissertation starts with connotation and scope of corporate logistics system. Firstly, it sets up the framework of cost-benefit analysis of corporate logistics system. Secondly, adopting the framework, it discusses the evolvement of the manifestation of corporate logistics system, which is the evolvement of logisticsmodel, from the view of historical materialism. Moreover, the basic economic law is concluded. Finally, there's the positive research on problems of model selecting of corporate logistics system on the basis of the conclusion. The research embodies guiding principle and realistic meaning of the theory system.3. The dissertation defines corporate logistics system scientifically and points out the ultimate aim and research scope of the whole system by adopting the systematic ideas. It clarifies vague understandings of the above-mentioned contents which exists in die academic circle to a great extent.4. The dissertation develops the cost theory of corporate logistics system and constructs the total cost model of corporate logistics. According to the nature of different costs, it divides the total cost into three parts, which are direct accounting cost, efficiency cost and transaction cost It also points out that the total cost model of corporate logistics system is the function of all the parts.5. The dissertation sets up a pattern-selecting model for corporate logistics system. Logistics pattern is the manifestation of corporate logistics system. The dissertation offers practicable tool to the analysis on selecting essential and restrained factors.6. The dissertation further perfects the understanding of evolvement logic of corporate logistics system. It believes that corporate regard profit as the core. The cost-benefit analysis of the system is the basic and internal impetus for the evolvement of logistics pattern while the outer conditions consist* of the change of technology, transportation and market ideas. As the change of outer conditions, the positive way of logistics patterns of domestic corporate is to form alliances with third party logistics and to realize joint management.
