Logistics Alliance Of Tianjin Signal Co.Ltd Study

Tianjin Railway Signal Co.,ltd(referred to as "TS")was established in 1939,under the direct management of China's Ministry of Railways.After the reform of public ownership of the state,China Communications Signal Co.,ltd has established,and TS was its subordinate branch.In 2015,China has carried on the internal reform,China Communications Signal Co.,ltd set up Xi 'an Industrial Group and Shenyang Industrial Group,TS is managed by Xi 'an Industrial Group,from the secondary company to the third.Because of the change of the status,TS has faced internal restructuring and reform,the company strategy needs to be readjusted and planned for the long-term development of the company.After the establishment of Xi' an Industrial Group,in order to implement the principle of " reducing the efficiency and increasing efficiency ",put forward the requirements of " logistics pilot ",the subsidiary companies according to their own development status,using modern toolsto establish efficient and fast logistics mode.For TS,the establishment of intelligent logistics alliance is the most appropriate choice.Based on this form,this paper takes TS as the research object,discusses how to establish intelligent logistics alliance,how to choose partners and how to maintain the alliance development,to improve the efficiency of supply chain operation.This paper mainly adopts the situational analysis,facts investigation method,observation method,quantitative and qualitative analysis,mathematical calculation method,statistical method,experience method,set up the index system and DEA method and other research methods.This paper mainly elaborate the theoretical basis of logistics alliance,TS SWOT analysis,logistics alliance model building,the establishment of intelligent logistics information platform and how to select partners to elaborate,to improve the company's existing logistics model,achieve the goal of using minimum cost to satisfy customers.
