Research On Analysis And Improvement Of Sale Logistics System In Tianji Group

Tianji Group is the first large scale coal chemical industry enterprise at home with the coal as raw material to produce compound fertilizer, to solve the high logistics cost and untimely supply of some areas, through recognizing and analyzing of the current sales logistics system, this paper finds out the existing problems, then proposed the way of solving problems and the improved scheme.Via empirical and statistic analyses, this paper solves the problems in the company's sales logistics system which lead to low efficiency and profitability, problems including redundancy in the company's sales logistics system, dispersed management functions, unreasonable warehouse layout and some improper of transportation mode choice. With all the problems be solved, the company would become more competitive, the management now regards logistics more seriously, and it is easy to improve the logistics system further.Through the improvement of the sales logistics system studied, we can come to the conclusion that the company is able to decrease its sales logistics costs, to improve its service and to keep improving effectively. This study may also inspire other large scale chemical industry enterprises to improve their sales logistics system as well.First in prolegomenon, the paper introduces the background, effect and significance of this study, meanwhile, displays the development and present situation in enterprises'logistics both at home and abroad.Secondly, the main concepts of enterprise logistics and basic theory and methodology for study on enterprise logistics, including the theory and methodology employed in this study are described.Thirdly, the paper comprehensively analyses the company's general conditions in logistics system.Fourthly, on the base of analysis of existing problems and reasons of their formation, the paper puts forward the collectivity ways and material measures and methods improving the sales logistics management.Finally, the paper sizes up the effect of the proposal for improvement, including two parts: analysis on logistics cost and level of customer service. Then there is a summary conclusion of the article.
