Innovation is the source of the human wealth and the great driving force for the development of social economy. With the accelerated development of economic globalization and scientific and technological information, as the practice of contemporary creative material production ontology, technological innovation has increasingly become the basis and logo of the social productive liberating and developing. For the countries, the technological innovation is the soul of national progress, the lasting impetus of national prosperity and the Road which must be selected of economic development. For the cities, the technological innovation is the lifeblood of modern urban economy development and the drainless power of urban economy sustainable development. For the enterprises, technological innovation is the fundamental support for competitive advantage, or the determining factor. Enterprise is the basic link of the national innovation system, and only to improve the orderly evolution of enterprise innovation systems can enhance fundamentally the competitiveness of the national. In this context, it is an important theoretical and practical significance to research the self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system.The basic idea of this paper is to research evolution process of enterprise innovation system by using the theory of self-organization and evolution economic, to analyze the internal mechanisms, co-opetition and supporting environmental issues of the self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system through the establishment of dynamic model, co-opetition model and structural equation model. This study aimed to develop a new method for studying on the evolution process of the technological innovation system through the integration of the natural sciences and the social sciences.First of all, from the related concepts of system self-organization theory, we made simple analysis of the system self-organization theory and refined that we can learn from them. Based on above, this thesis defined the level of innovation systems and their interrelationship, analyzed the composition dimensions of enterprise innovation system and their constituent elements, and then pointed out that the self-organization characteristics of enterprise innovation system. And on this basis, we built the theoretical framework of the self-organization evolution mechanism and environment of enterprise innovation system. These studies have provided the theoretical support for the logical groundwork on the self-organization evolution mechanisms and environmental support factors analysis of enterprise innovation system. Secondly, this paper taken the evolution view of Technological innovation system as the research cornerstone, and made a analysis of self-organization mechanism between innovators and users, pointed out the internal and external power source of self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system, explored the conditions of its evolution, revealed the running mechanism of enterprise innovation system, and construct a mechanism model of dynamic evolution, researched the orderly process of evolution, analyzed of the role of non-linear self-organization in the evolution process such as bifurcation, mutation and fluctuation.Next, from the synergetics about the theory of competition and the coordination we researched on the competition and the coordination mechanism of enterprise innovation system, constructed the competition and the coordination model of innovation system at two angles of within the system and outside the system, carried on the function simulation to the model using the Matlab and drawn some important conclusions to prove that the competition and the coordination mechanism is very important to the self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system. In addition, we also explained the model data fitting algorithm and the step and analyzed the causal relation which the system coordination competition evolves. This is the middle link part of internal and external mechanisms of enterprise innovation system.Then, this paper analyzed the elements of enterprise innovation environment and their function, proposed that the research supposition hypothesis and constructed the conceptual model. On this basis, we constructed of high-order factor analysis model according to the structural equation model. Taking high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, we obtained the sample data through questionnaires, using Amos software model and data fitting, carried on the fitting for the model and the data and obtains the estimated coefficient of the path to be model. Through examination to the proposed empirical model and path hypothesis, we confirmed the six innovation and environmental factors (policy and legal environment, innovation market environment, innovation resources environment, social services environment, science & technology environment , social and cultural environment) on the corporate role in promoting Technological innovation, and carried on the discussion to the estimate results.Finally, based on the results of self-organization theory, models and empirical analysis we proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system, which include three aspects of evolution dynamics mechanism, evolution condition mechanism and supporting environment of enterprise innovation system. The purpose is to provide some theoretical basis for reference and optimized to our government, high-tech organizations, enterprises and other related departments.During the research of this paper, we try to take advantage of the existed outcomes, thoroughly extract the rational elements of the system self-organization theory, innovation system theory and evolutionary economics. This paper has brought forward the new theoretical framework and approach of self-organization evolution mechanism of enterprise innovation system, and created dynamic model, co-opetition model of self-organization evolution of enterprise innovation system and conducted the empirical study to the enterprise innovation environment application of principles of question structural equation model. It makes the paper innovative and instructive both in theory and in practice.
