The Research On Business Process Reengineering Of The Resource-oriented Enterprises Based On Circular Economy

Under the background of information, in order to get reconstruction through information technology, we gave the modern research on business process reengineering.The modern situation causes a lot of problem. For instance, the environmental pollution is more serious. We can easily find the disadvantages of traditional linear economic growth, and realize the circular economy development pattern.Since the 1990s, under the guidance of sustainable development strategy, many countries in the world will take circular economy as an important way to realize the coordinate development of both environment and economy. And they have already got a lot of achievements on saving the sources, protecting the environment and improving the benefit of enterprises. China is a large developing country. How to utilize the resources and protect the environment during the course of economic development while ensuring the development of economy has became an important task for the development of our society.This assay mainly focuses its attention on the resource-oriented enterprises which are eager to develop their circular economy, tries to make full use of current research results, and gives the theatrical guiding and practice reference. It first analyzed the character of the resource-oriented enterprises and the situation of the enterprise business process. With reference to other existing achievements and experiences in related fields, it gave us a direction of the business process reengineering. After that, it gives the definition, objection and principles of the business process reengineering of the resource-oriented enterprises, and formed a general system according their own characteristic. Based on that, it divided the business process reengineering into reconstruction of the external enterprise business reconstruction and internal enterprise business reconstruction, and established related model around the key problem. According the "3R" principle of the circular economy, we established the effect evaluation system of business process. Finally, in order to give a combination of the theory and practice, we gave a study of case for the business process reengineering of the resource-oriented enterprises which is based on the theoretical research.
