Research On The Informationization Of Logistics Management Process Reengineering Oriented Shipbuilding Enterprises Decision

Since 2012, the global shipping market environment is becoming worse, many small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises have closed down. In the bleak market environment, reform and management to enhance the transformation is an important way to ship enterprises seek survival. Because of the logistics management in the process of production and operation of ship enterprises plays an important service support function,shipbuilding enterprises will improve efficiency and benefit of logistics management to strategic decision height. Improve the level of logistics management, the important point is to realize the informationization of logistics management. Process reengineering is the fundamental reanalysis and management methods of design enterprises,by many companies has been accepted and used in the process of enterprise management changes, in the process of informationization of logistics management, using the method of BPR can improve and optimize the logistics management process effectively, in order to adapt to the logistics management information requirements.This paper describes the research background and significance, the status quo at home and abroad,has been clear about the research ideas,research methods of the thesis put forward the innovation of this paper. This paper takes the Rongsheng heavy industries shipyard as an example, first determine the relationship between major decision problem of ship enterprises and study of major policy issues and logistics management, followed by introducing the present situation of shipbuilding enterprises logistics management process,analysis of existing ship enterprise logistics management process problems and reasons, then introduces effect of information technology on the logistics management process and finally in the two aspects of decision making and the use of information process reengineering of ESIA method on the total process to develop logistics management process reengineering plans and schemes based on the result of output ship enterprise logist:ics management of each sub process reengineering.This paper tries to study the ship enterprise logistics management process reengineering based on information of the decision, the general pattern of exploration and the establishment of ship enterprise logistics management process, logistics management information process reengineering will enlighten the propulsion of Rongsheng heavy industries shipyard,but also for the shipping enterprise in the industry to upgrade the level of logistics management, and provide some reference and reference.
