Research On Circular Economy Development Of The Resource- Oriented Cities

In China, there are lots of resource-oriented cities, which play a decisive role in the development of China's national economy. However, they have met with economic, social and environmental problems because of its single industrial structure and product type, less efficient recycling of resources and serious environmental pollution .Fuxin is one of representative resource-oriented cities ,so it is quite meaningful to explore a new development model .On the basis of studying the development of recycling economy at home and abroad, adopting a wide variety of analytic methods,utilizing the dominant ideas of value of ecosystem and sustained development, aimed at the accomplishing the sustained development of Fuxin city, it described the resource-oriented cities and the related theory of circular economy. The thesis analyzed main factors which affect resource-based cities development of circular economy. It took Fuxin city as a target ,analyzing the current situation of circular economy in Fuxin and the problem confronted during the process of developing it and then concluded it was very essential to develop it in Fuxin. The managed to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system and illustrated each indictator in detail. It made a compreshensive evaluation on it by the methods of AHP and index system for evaluation. Finally,based on the analysis above,it came up with practical and feasible strategies and views on how to develop circular economy in Fuxin city.
