In recent years,the rapid spread of mobile Internet promotes the social networks to be an increasingly important part in people's daily lives.It has been preferred choice for people to publish information and acquire information from social networks.Among them,more and more commercial promotions are performed by means of social network for business information dissemination.In the thesis,the dissemination process of preferential information published by business companies in Microblog network are studied,and the dynamic model of preferential information dissemination are intensively analyzed.Contributions of the thesis can be summarized as follows:?1?The basic model SIS?susceptible infected susceptible?and SIR?susceptible infected recovered?model of preferential information network dissemination dynamics are studied and implemented.The dissemination rules of the two models are discussed and the rule-based dynamic differential equations are analyzed.The dissemination thresholds on complex networks are derived by differential equations.Finally,numerical methods are used to simulate the propagation laws of SIS and SIR models.?2?Based on the SIR model,a dynamic model for describing the transmission process of preferential information in social networks?specifically Weibo?is developed.The new model named the FSFC model is proposed by defining two basic assumptions.The two basic assumptions defined by the FSFC model are:1)the small-degree nodes are more likely to forward information from the large-degree nodes;2)the connecting edges between the large-degree node and the small-degree have greater weight.In particular,the FSFC model introduces propagation parameters1 and2 for the large-degree and small-degree nodes,and adapts different types of network connections by setting different propagation parameter values.In this thesis,not only the propagation dynamics equation of the FSFC model is established,but also the stability of the model is proved.The corresponding physical meanings are given for the important parameters of the model,and the influence of parameters on the performance of the model is simulated and analyzed.?3?Performance verification of the FSFC model is performed by three real propagation examples to compare with the simulation results of the FSFC model.In order to verify the validity of the FSFC model,the performance of the FSFC model by using the real data transmitted by Vivo smart phone,Alibaba's Tmall shopping website and Xiaomi mobile phone's preferential information on Weibo are addressed.By selecting the appropriate model parameters,the calculation results of the FSFC model are basically consistent with the preferential information dissemination data in the three actual cases.The average relative error between the simulated data of the model and the collected real data is 0.016%.The simulation results confirm that the proposed FSFC model is a propagation dynamics model that can accurately describe the propagation of preferential information in social networks.
