With the application of the fifth generation mobile communication technology and the rapid development of new media technology,online live delivery has become a popular business model.Its advantages in the communication of commodity information,such as convenience,interaction and efficiency,have brought traditional business forms to new areas and heights.However,the spread of false information has been exposed during the rapid development of online live streaming,which not only damages the rights and interests of consumers,but also affects the order and development of the market.In this context,it is of practical significance to study the spread of false information with goods in network broadcast.This paper uses literature research method and case analysis method to define the concepts of e-commerce live broadcasting and false information dissemination from a multidisciplinary perspective.Based on the relevant theories of information ecology and communication science,this paper analyzes the components of false information transmission in online live broadcasting,namely,the communication subject,information,technology and environment,and the relationship between them,in combination with the cases of false information transmission in online live broadcasting.Based on the relevant theories of communication,this paper analyzes the characteristics and process of false information dissemination in e-commerce live broadcast,discusses the internal and external factors of false information dissemination,and summarizes the mechanism of false information dissemination in e-commerce live broadcast.Then,based on the above analysis and combined with the market performance of e-commerce live broadcast false information dissemination,this paper analyzes the difficulties in governing the false information dissemination of e-commerce live broadcast,and concludes that it is difficult to manage due to the large number of employees,difficult to monitor false information caused by live broadcast technology,difficult to supervise platforms and relevant departments,and lagging laws and regulations.Finally,based on the above analysis of the mechanism and governance dilemma of the false information dissemination of e-commerce live broadcasting,this paper takes the joint construction,joint governance and sharing proposed by the 19 th National Congress as the target and puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of practitioners,platforms,audiences and relevant government departments: Strengthen the moral construction of employees,improve the management ability of the platform’s live streaming with goods business,improve the audience’s rational understanding of e-commerce live streaming,and enhance the legal capacity of relevant departments,in order to provide some useful suggestions for the healthy development of e-commerce live streaming.
