It is inevitable trend to develop agricultural and husbandry informatization for modern agriculture, which can promote the construction pace of agricultural informatization and improve the modernization level of agricultural production to develop digital agriculture in China. Pig industry is the important part of agricultural and husbandry production, so it is imperative to develop digital breeding model in our country. Swine digital breeding model was researched by relying on the demonstration project of digital agriculture and husbandry in Inner Mongolia ([2008]1715). According to the raising process, living environment, individual information management and other contents of swine, swine digital breeding platform was integrated by using computer, intelligent control, information monitoring, system integration and other digital technical measures. The platform can be used in science and technology park of agricultural and husbandry in Inner Mongolia, it provides the specific demonstration example of digital agriculture and husbandry. The main research contents are as follows:First, the digital precision feeding system of swine is developed. The controlling drive program was compiled by using Micro Win in the lower controller hardware of S7-200. In the condition of upper monitoring system developed by using King View software, feed is supplied to swine accurately by controlling stepping motor to drive the discharger according to the litter size days and quantities of individual swine. It is showed that the maximum error of feed providing is lower than±2%.Second, programmable controlling swine precision feeding system is proposed based on Mamdani standard model fuzzy control algorithm. The universe of fuzzy controlling input variants were determined and fuzzy triangular membership functions were chose according to the error range of feed providing for swine and the precision feeding system was established based on Mamdani standard model fuzzy control algorithm. Swine digital precision feeding system is realized based on Mamdani standard model fuzzy control algorithm in the S7-200 programmable controller.Third, temperature model of swine house microclimate environment is build based on T-S adaptive fuzzy neural control algorithm. According to both the multivariable nonlinear characteristics of swine house microclimate environment and the complementary advantages of fuzzy control and neural control for nonlinear system, the universe of fuzzy-neural controlling input variants were determined and fuzzy interface gauss membership functions were chose for the environment temperature of swine house. The model of swine house environment temperature is build by using the method of adaptive neural learning based on T-S adaptive fuzzy-neural control at last.Fourth, digital management information system of pig is developed. The digital management of pig information is realized based on Visual Basic development language and Access background database, by using ADO database link technology to realize the linking between foreground man-machine interface and background database.Finally, the digital breeding platform of swine is integrated. By using King View to integrate every sub-system into the whole platform, the centralized monitoring and management is realized. The platform is used in science and technology park of agricultural and husbandry in Inner Mongolia and provides the specific demonstration example of digital agriculture and husbandry.
