The paper mainly introduces the application of the digital P11) control algorithm, which, at present, is popularly used in digital control system, in microcomputer temperature control system.It presents the designing of the hardware circuit and the editing and the debugging of the whole software in the single-chip temperature control system. First, it designs UJT relaxation-oscillation circuit which makes the whole trigger circuit less complex than the SCR zero-crossing trigger circuit and has good trigger performance. Then, it studies the different control effect of the three control regulations:Proportional control, Integration control and Differential control in the increment P1]) algorithm and concludes that the physical signification of the three parameters: Kp, Ki and Kd in the increment P11) algorithm is different from that in the analog PID algorithm or the position-type P11) algorithm. Based on that conclusion, it discusses the integration-detached P11) algorithm and the integration-segmented PD) algorithm, and finally reaches the temperature system to a good performance by the integrationsegmented P11) algorithm which controls the temperature to 200C with the error + 1 C. Also, it introduces the future application of the PH) algorithm combined with some new digital control algorithm.
