Under the social transforming and media transforming, our country's media organizations are in a new media economic era. The culture system transform makes their industry attribute clearly. So many media organizations in our country become media enterprises. In this way, how to set up the media enterprise system, how to manage the media enterprises are great research tasks. We should find a good way which is suit for our country and our media enterprises.In this article, we advance the vision stratagem research. Our media enterprises need vision management. They should answer these questions; about as a media enterprise what should do, what can do and what can not do. These are their whole stratagem orientation, core worthiness and supreme pursue, which are most important to the media industry development along with a continual, good, healthy way.Our country's media enterprises have their own characteristics. There are career-enterprises and business- enterprises. They are different. According the Research of Stakeholders, the receiver, government, advertiser are core stakeholders of our country's media enterprises. The vision stratagem should circumfuse them. And for media, the receiver is always count for most about the long-range development of media enterprises. So how to look on the receiver is the key problem when we think about media enterprises' vision stratagem. Media enterprises should have the conception to regard the receiver as "citizen-consumer" and themselves as "enterprise citizen". And they set up there vision stratagem on such foundation, also they manage their stakeholders in this way. So the vision management of media enterprises can carry through in setting up the core worthiness, vision public faith, vision trademark, vision-organization and manpower-management. All of these, the main objective is the continual, good, healthy development of our country's media enterprises.
