With the spread of computer technology and network, Modern service industry has become an important driving force for economic growth. E-learning System is particularly innovative services, and has achieved a certain degree of development. People have paid more attention to humanistic and intelligent instruction. Meanwhile, the research results of brain sciences indicate that emotion make important contribution to human learning. However, the current modern distance education system is lake of the emotional interaction between teachers and students. Based on Agent and emotional psychology theory, with emotional intelligence interaction and human interaction as the core, an individualized E-learning system is presented.In this paper, the main achievements are summarized as follows :(1) Since our electronic education system has entered into a new era, which requires the education system can offer humanistic interactive teaching, and make intelligent adjustment of teaching according to the interest and background of learners. Based on the theories of structure teaching materials and individualized teaching, an individualized Learning-Map is presented in this paper, which uses ISM (Interpretive Structural Model) multi-levels structure as the core. Then this paper used AHP and gray cluster analysis methods to classify learners. According to the teaching elements, The paper presents a personalized Learning-Map with structural elements associated with different levels, the personalized teaching is realized.(2) Based on the theory of emotional dimensionality, this paper presents a method using approach-withdrawal and careness to recognize learners'emotional state of learning , which is one of the new extension and application of the theory of emotional dimensionality, and provides a new idea for research on affective recognition. At last , more sample data is input to verify the modeling. The results show the approach-withdrawal and careness have a better performance in real-time and accurate, learners interested model(approach-withdrawal and careness model) is a suitable model for E-learning System. (3) According to the study support theory, This paper proposes the intelligent assistant Agent applied in E-Learning system.Based on fuzzy mathematics, a novel fuzzy emtion reaction model is presented. The model is a new application field to fuzzy pattern recognition.Then, based on SVM 1-a-1 algorithm, this paper presents a model for the classification of emotional reaction. Finally, according to the requirements of interactive, The rules of intelligent assistant Agent are drawn up with multi-level inference rules technology. This emotion reaction model and intelligent assistant Agent designed in this system intensifies the intlligence of the whole system.In the thesis, an individualized and intelligent E-Learning system is built based on the models and approachs presented above and the correctness and validity of these models and approachs are proved by the system.
