Analysis Of Emotional Observation Programs From The Perspective Of Positive Psychology

With the increasing development of the television emotional television programs,the emergence of a large number of emotional television programs,such as "Dream Space","My Little One","My daughter",“' Love of Daughter" and so on have triggered a new round of audience craze.Mango TV's homemade Reality Show "Viva La romance",which became popular in 2018,has become a new type of emotional column by combining husbands' indoor conversations with wives' real-life footage outdoors that is emotional observation television programs.As a column broadcast only on the network platform,the column has exceeded 300 million viewers in just two weeks since it was broadcast,and the vast majority of the audience are young people born in the 1980s,90s and post-2000s generation,and the enthusiasm of column setting is bound to have a more or less impact on young people.Positive psychology is a psychological trend that rose in the West at the end of the 21 century and attracted the attention of domestic scholars in China during the beginning of the 21.Positive psychology is committed to studying people's positive qualities,paying attention to people's positive strength,and exploring how to enhance human being strength and virtues.At present,the popularity of emotional observation television programs remains high.This paper hopes to start with the basic ideas and practical application of positive psychology,and analyze the positivity of elements in emotional observation programs on the basis of positive psychology.From the point of view of the degree of agreement between the content of the program and positive psychology,the case interview method is used to study whether young people identify with the positive psychology in the program.It not only helps to optimize the quality of emotional observation programs,but also provides a practical and effective way to improve the subjective sense of happiness of contemporary young people.
