At present, most of small and medium mechatronical enterprises move their attention to "Logistics" management in order to enhance profit much more. Warehousing management is a main part of "Logistics" management and is the key point to improve enterprise benefit. With the development of automation technology, computer technology and network technology, warehousing management system is grown to modernization. Based on research status of product logistics in home and abroad to present, the key technologies and application of Web-based warehousing management platform are studied relatively deeply in this paper, including the architecture of warehousing management platform, modeling automated warehouse with Timed Colored Petri nets, scheduling policies of automated warehouse and information integrated technologies of Web-based warehousing management platform.Based on analysis of information system architecture in the literature, a framework of Web-based warehousing management platform oriented small and medium mechatronical enterprise is proposed by considering the production features in small and medium mechatronical enterprise in home at present. The architecture of system and sub-system is described in detail. The workflow model of warehousing management system is built and its constructing views are also given, including function view, organization view, resource view and information view.Based on known dispatching policies of warehouse and layout of general warehouse, the optimum dispatching policies of warehouse sub-systems are analyzed by modeling them with hierarchical timed colored Petri nets (CTPN). The dispatching policy from the entirety point of view of warehouse is proposed and adopted to adjust sub-systems as a whole. The proposed dispatching policies are simulated through CPN-Tools. The result shows that it can resolve "dead lock" problem better and improve the warehousing management efficiency.A section assignment policy named goods-location coupling is proposed on the basis of general section assignment. Different location chains, which have different priorities, are formed according to the distance adjacent to the dock. The high priority goods chain is coupled with high priority location chain to complete the section assignment. The optimization problem based on section and location assignment was studied and the corresponding mathematical model was built. Genetic algorithm based on Pareto optimal solution was adopted to solve the optimization. The dispatching mechanism of AGV in warehouse system was discussed in detail. A mathematical model was built on analysis of the AGV dispatching problem. Genetic algorithm was adopted to solve this problem. Coding, selection, crossover and mutation was also given in detail.Information-integrated technologies of Web-based warehousing management oriented small and medium manufacturing enterprise are studied. They are multi-layer architecture technology based on B/S mode, XML-based data exchange technology and dynamic access control technology. The merit of accessing different databases with B/S mode is discussed in detail. XML is used to transfer data between database and general text document. Data is taken out of database by using XML template language and it's stored into database through model mapping mode. Dynamic access control model based on RBAC is proposed to protect the system workflow security. The access model is described formally and the inhibited relation and rule of the access control is defined in detail. Those application technologies make the using of warehousing management more easier and safer.A prototype system is developed based on the research of key technologies of Web-based warehousing management platform. The example screens and application are represented at the end of the dissertation. Finally, the system is put into practical use in one mechatronical enterprise. The running result shows that it can improve the warehousing management efficiency.
