Information inter-action is foundation of business processes, information cooperation, and system integration of domain information systems. With the development of information technologies and global economy, the domain enterprises need the more intelligent information, systems to adapt to-the more furious market. This dissertation focuses on ontologyrbased domam information semantic inter-operation to promote systems' intelligence.Ontology can provide uniform framework of knowledge representation, which reduces confusion of the concepts and terms of domain, therefore, it is possible to promote the-understanding and communication in domain. Based on ontology, this dissertation discusses-domain knowledge representation; domain semantic model, and activity driven semantic inter-action, step by step, to study ontology-based domain information semantic inter-operation. The main research contents of the dissertation contain as follows:(1) Domain knowledge is classified and described in detail with ontology, and abstracted from domain resource to conceptualization semantic level, which provides semantic concepts for the subsequent research on semantic inter-operation.(2) Through surveying and. consulting existing ontology-oriented knowledge representation languages, we propose Ontology-based Knowledge Representation Language (OKRL) based on Description Logic, Frame Logic, and standard Web technologies, which has universal expressive power and supports both syntactic and semantic interoperability. Compared to other ontology representation languages, OKRL describes domain knowledge to support consistency understand for information semantic inter-operation.(3) This dissertation proposes the process and algorithm ot automatic construction otontologies which is based on Bayes' rule to extend a single classifier to multiple classifiers for multiple classes classification, then proposes concepts auto-associated algorithm based on Hopefield networks. Furthermore, we discuss the reusability, rebuilding, and estimation of ontologies(4) Domain semantic model is constructed based on ontology to describe and direct system works on logic level which provides ontologies views to analyzing and guiding system's applications(5) Activity can play a Crucial role in associating the inter-action processes of the whole system Guided by domain ontology semantic model, this dissertation, proposes activity-driven ontology network to discuss semantie.inter-operation processes; (6) Finally, we introduce an application case based on the above-studies.In this dissertation we effectively discuss and research ontology knowledge representation, ontology automatic construction;domain semantic modeling; domain: information inter-action. We believe theses researches will provide significant values for the researches and applications on both ontology and intelligent information system. : .
