With the rapid increase of network data and the growing of Internet information, people's requirements of information access are increasing. The emergence of Semantic Web offers understandable semantic information environment for computing, the computer can use information organization based on semantic to accomplish human-computer interaction through automatic analysis of knowledge.Ontology as a share concept of a particular area of the formal description is widely used in many areas. However, the formal concept can not effectively express uncertainty information, and the classical ontology can not fully support the description and expression of fuzzy information, Therefore, construction of fuzzy ontology is getting more and more attention.Problems of fuzzy ontology construction, such as tremendous amount of work and huge complexity, are very difficult to solve. Automatic fuzzy ontology construction technology had been researched in this paper during constructing fuzzy ontology. Fuzzy formal concept analysis was utilized for constructing fuzzy ontology model for semantic information retrieval. In view of fuzzy concept lattice construction, an automatic generation algorithm was designed, and based on which, mapping methods from fuzzy concept lattice to fuzzy ontology had been studied. The constructed fuzzy ontology model, which uses fuzzy set theory, merges affiliation into fuzzy ontology and can be used to convey fuzzy concepts of real world. In order to enrich semantic knowledge chain of constructed fuzzy ontology, we focused on the study of semantic closure algorithm.Based on fuzzy ontology semantic information query, we extracted 200 pieces teaching related documents as experiment corpus for constructing domain ontology, and we analyzed the semantic information retrieval based on fuzzy ontology during the expriment. The recall and precision were used to evaluate system performance, and the results showed that compared with vector space model retrieval system which based on keyword, this system can improve retrieval accuracy and promote intelligent semantic query.
