The e-commerce has become more and more popular because of the internet. Traditional e-commerce between B2B/B2C/C2C/C2B have made great progress, and group buying, forward or reverse auction in the auction industry has become hot issues in e-commerce gradually. Now, there are a lot of online e-commerce problems need to be solved, such as how to coordinate multiple seller and/or buyer, make a match of many-to-many transactions, or complete the deal with no trust for each other. In e-commerce of agricultural products, for example, there are many links in the current trading channels, which may produce generous inefficient cost. In this circumstance, consumers have to pay for agricultural product at a very high price, and suffering the soaring prices; on the other hand, the producers do not gain enough benefit from high price, so it is difficult to maintain the production activeness. Due to this circulation problem, various kinds of vegetable, especially the garlic, the green beans and the ginger had appreciated in 2010.This topic has chosen the rural self-employed businessmen and the small agricultural cooperatives to be the sellers, the rural or urban common family to be the buyers, building a new e-business matching platform by computers and networks. In this way, the seller and buyer could have a deal directly on this platform, meanwhile, the trading channels minimize the middle component elements. As a result, it can not only cut the price of agricultural products to meet consumer demand, but also return the utmost benefit to the first producers by raising the price at the same time, and protect the profits of producers.
