Semantic Web is an extension of the current Web, aiming to make information of Web be understood by computer. Ontology which describes the semantics, is a knowledge base to support the actual running of semantic Web. It is concretely expressed as the widely acknowledged concepts and the relationships between them in the domain. The cognition to real world of human which is uncertain will certainly show fuzziness and roughness, and the fuzzy concept is one of the basic forms of human cognition. However, the traditional ontology is difficult to express and describe fuzzy information, therefore, the construction of semantic web fuzzy ontology is being paid much more people's attention.According to the problem of constructing the semantic web fuzzy ontology manually being a big workload and complex, this paper studies a semi-automatic constructing fuzzy ontology method. Fuzzy concept lattice is a knowledge base which is expressed as fuzzy concepts and the relationships between them. And fuzzy formal concept analysis is a method that construct fuzzy concept lattice by processing uncertain informations. That construct fuzzy concept lattice by processing uncertain information with FFCA, then generate fuzzy ontology by processing fuzzy concept lattice, and apply it to support the practical operation of the Semantic Web more closely to real-world, is the research target and technical route of this paper.Firstly, construct fuzzy formal context manually, and automaticly reduce it.Then construct fuzzy concept lattice with fuzzy parameters using fast incremental conetruction algorithm on fuzzy formal context, gain fuzzy concept clusters by concept clustering fuzzy concept lattice and generate fuzzy concept hierarchy. Lastly map fuzzy concept hierarchy to semantic web fuzzy ontology prototype, and expand it to fuzzy ontology, and describe fuzzy ontology with ontology description language. So, transforming fuzzy concept lattice based on FFCA to semantic web fuzzy ontology is realized.This paper designs overall framework of constructing semantic web fuzzy ontology using method above, and a prototype system is realized. Verify the prototype system using the terms in climatology field as data sources, and prove the prototype system being feasible. Users could not only construct fuzzy ontology by the constructing process but also control the scale of fuzzy ontology effectively and flexibly. Compared with manual construction, the method in this paper can greatly increase the efficiency of constructing fuzzy ontology.
