Now, the higher education of our country has entered the popular period. The unreasonable inner-streaming in the altitude schools leads to numerous problems in the higher education. The problems in reality have caused heated discussion and study in the study circle. The scholars put forward many propositions and opinions which are beneficial to promote the reasonable inner-streaming. But, how to combine theory to practice to promote it? The thesis is entitled with " On the inner-streaming model in the higher education", trying to construct various inner-streaming models under the direction of the theory to facilitate the combination of theory and inner-streaming, to lead it to the reasonable streaming and ease the contradiction and problems in the reality.The research is divided into three parts:Part one aims at the theory study of the inner-streaming in the higher education, including chapter one and chapter two, mainly discussing the connotation, theoretical foundation, constructional and restrictive factors in the higher education in the view of theory. Through the discussing, I believe:(1) "The inner-streaming in the higher education" is the educational diffluent activity in the inner higher education, an activity given to the students with distinction by the higher education or the higher educational institution according to the necessity of society and the undergraduates, whose aim is to make the objects of the higher education independently flow to the various professions and specialty which is adapt to their the personal development to become various kinds of persons with ability both in the side of sufficient development of individuality and according with the necessity of the society. "The inner-streaming model in the higher education" is constructed by the higher education as a main body under the direction of a certain educational theory and thought, which is the theoretical pattern and operating program about designing, regulating and controlling the whole process of the inner-streaming in the higher education.(2)The research and construction of the inner-streaming model in the higher education is supervised with four foundational theories: the sociological theory of social division of profession, the psychological theory of individual difference, the philosophic personality and the educationally sociological culling theory, which have the following inspiration: the study and construction of the inner-streaming models in the higher education must based on the necessity of social development and the individual development, and with the thought of the social ideological factors in a certain country. If the higher education, as a the carrier of the inner-streaming, can carry the promoted theory through the practiced teaching, construct the various the inner-streaming models under the instruction of the four basic theories, theory and practice may be combined to make the inner-streaming reasonable.
