Studies In Rural Junior Middle School's Education Streaming Situation Of Our Country From Its Streaming Intention

The education streaming is in an important link in education case, specially the education streaming after junior middle school graduates to be very important to person's life. Under the present education system of China, education streaming after junior middle school will mainly distribute students to the senior middle school, secondary vocational school, or labor market. In 2004, among 22 million junior middle school graduates, 8 million and 200 thousand entered middle schools, 5.5 million people were admitted by the secondary vocational school, another 8 million directly entered the labor market. More than half of junior middle school graduates in the rural area are waiting for jobs at home or hunting jobs in the city. This data reflects the intensity of competition to enter the higher school in junior middle school stage. In order to understand the actual situation of education streaming in the rural area, offer the right instructions for education streaming, and to find suitable develop paths for the majority of the countryside junior middle school graduate, it is very important to investigate the actual situation of their intention of streaming and its forming process.The foreword of this paper introduces the paper's research background, the research method and the conclusion. Predecessor's research results not only richen the foundation of this research, moreover, they are also advantageous for the author to find a proper standpoint in this study.This article is consist of three parts: the basic explanation of the investigation situation, the statistics of investigation result and the problems, the reason analysis and the countermeasure. In detail, this article mainly take countryside junior middle school students, their parents, countryside junior middle school teachers as objects of the investigation.The investigation focuses on following issues: countryside junior middle school students' understanding to education streaming, to the vocational education, to the continuing education after the junior middle school, to the ordinary middle schools, the vocational and the technical schools; the education anticipation of the parents to their children; the richness of home education resou(?)ces and other related latitudes. By investigating three kinds of crowds' streaming intention in two rural junior middle schools which locate in the south of Yellow River, and comparing it with the actual streaming condition, the researcher presented the problems of serious insufficiency of education resource after junior middle school, the necessity of reforming countryside ordinary junior middle school, the low efficiency of countryside vocational school.Finally, the author analyzed the condition of the rural area in China and the actual streaming condition of this two junior middle schools in the past five years, and carried on the analysis about the related question which existed in the two schools' streaming, and proposed some solutions to the problems from the view of reforming the pattern of ordinary junior middle school in the rural area, developing the vocational education after junior middle school.In the conclusion part, the author summarized the main conclusions of the paper,...
