The Study On The Treatment Of Jiaweixiaoyao Coordinate Acupuncture To Premenstrual Syndrome

Objective:The study was an objective evaluation to assess the clinical curative effect of premenstrual syndrome treated with combination of Jiaweixiaoyao Powder and acupuncture;On the view of clincical science,the research explored the effective therapia way and one kind of curative effect to be good,the side effect few method of treatment,for clinical provides the experience and the foundation.Methods:1,Elect 60 patients suffering from premenstrual syndrome who were accepted the laparoscopic operation during mon,2006- dec,2008.They were divided into two groups according as 1 to 1 in random,30 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and acupuncture, and the other 30 cases treated with chinese medicine alone for control.2,The observations were focused on symptoms,BBT,the circumstance of menstrual flux and correlated laboratory' s indicatrix.Results:1.In the treatment of fever,headache,diarrhea,losing sleep,to be agitated, the double young painfully swollen,the lower abdomen painfully swollen, the appearance edema,the stomach cavity painfully swollen,the sexual desire to reduce,the working ability aspect testiness,there was obvious difference between the two terms through X~2 test(P＜0.05).2.The data showed that during the 30 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and acupuncture,the rate of typeI was 73.3%(25 cases out of 30 cases);the rate of typeⅡ- typeⅥwas 10%(3 cases out of 30 cases);the rate of typeⅦwas 7%(2 cases out of 30 cases).And during the 30 cases treated group with the method of chinese medicine alone for control,he rate of typeI was 46.7%(14 cases out of 30 cases);the rate of typeⅡ- typeⅥwas 33.3%(10 cases out of 30 cases); the rate of typeⅦwas 6%(20 cases out of 30 cases).There was obvious difference between the two terms through X~2 test(P＜0.05).3.The observation about security:There was no adverse reaction in both two terms.Conclusion:1.According to this study,the combination of Jiaweixiaoyao Powder and acupuncture has the adjustment nervus autonomici function,the improvement internal secretion and improves the yellow body function.2.According to this study,the combination of Jiaweixiaoyao Powder and acupuncture can improve the effect in the treatment of the fever,headache, diarrhea,losing sleep,to be agitated,the double young painfully swollen, the lower abdomen painfully swollen,the appearance edema,the stomach cavity painfully swollen,the sexual desire to reduce,the working ability aspect testiness.
