The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Premenstrual Syndrome Of Live-qi Stagnation By Chaihushugan Powder

Objective:This study mainly observed clinical efficacy of ChaihuShugan powder in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome of liver qi stagnation type,and evaluate the curative effect of this method.And provide the basis for the application and popularization of this method in clinical practice.Methods:The study included 64 patients with liver qi stagnation of prem-enstrual syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and c-ontrol group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ora-1 ChaiHuShuGan powder,the control group was treated with oral Fluoxetine h-ydrochloride tablets.Total treatment of three menstrual cycles.To observe the improvement of symptom score and related curative effect after treatment in both groups.Result:1.Clinical efficacy analysis:treatment group total effective rate w-as 80%,control group total effective rate was 74.2%.compared to the two gro-ups,P>0.05,no significant difference,indicating that ChaihuShugan powder and fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets could be improved PMS symptoms.2.Analysis of TCM syndrome:Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndr-omes in both groups,the total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group a-nd 67.7%in the control group,P<0.05,there was significant difference,indi-cating that in improving the TCM syndromes,ChaihuShugan powder better than fluoxetine hydrochloride tables.3.Progesterone(P)analysis:After treatment,the progesterone in the two groups was compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically sign-ificant.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment methods had little effect on the progesterone level of the patients.4.Long-term efficacy analysis:To evaluate the curative effect of two gro-ups of patients 3 months after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 76.7%,control group total effective rate was45.2%,P<0.05,there were significant differences,the long-term curative effect of prem-enstrual syndrome on Chaihushugansan was better than fluoxetine hydrochlo-ride tablets.Conclusion:1.ChaihuShugan powder addition and subtraction can effecti-vely improve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome of liver qi stagnation,t-he total improvement rate of 80%.2.ChaiHuShuGan powder addition and subtraction to improve the liver qi stagnation of premenstrual syndrome have a good effect,its total the efficien-cy is 90%,which is better than that of fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets.3.ChaiHuShuGan powder can not only improve the symptoms and signs of liver qi stagnation of premenstrual syndrome,and its long-term efficacy was significantly better than We stern medicin-ine,during the medication,ChaiHuShuGan powder scattered no ob-vious side effects,can be treated as a treatment premenstrual synd-rome safe and effective method worthy of clinical practice and sc-ientific research to promote.
