| Objective: The aim of study is to research the functional mechanism oftherapy for hyperuricuria and gouty arthritis through warming kidney andremoving blood stasis.Method: The herb is used in the model of animal which get hyperuricuria orgouty arthritis. We evaluate the herb's curative effect through comparing withBenzbromarone,Allopurinol and Indometacin.Results: We can know the herb with the function of decreasing animal'sblood uric acid and urinary nitrogen level(p<0.05). We use the method of thetumefaction on the toe or ear of rats test, cytokine level, the writhing test, thehot plate test and the pain transmitter level,and prove herb with the effect ofanti-inflammation and analgesia too.Conclusion: The herb's anti- hyperuricuria function possibly inhibit xanthineoxidase activity and uric acid ejection. The anti-inflammation and analgesiamechanism may be related to inhibiting the cytokine and the pain transmitterreleasing. Pathological examination and electron microscope support herb'stherapy action. |
