Research On The Collaborative Development Of Cross-border E-commerce And Cross-border Logistics In Shenzhen Based On The Composite System Synergy Model

In recent years,under the accelerated construction of a new development pattern of dual circulation,new trade formats represented by cross-border e-commerce have developed rapidly,gradually becoming new driving forces for trade development,and thus driving the development of cross-border logistics industry.Shenzhen has an excellent geographical location,with a deep industrial foundation,trade foundation,logistics foundation,and policy advantages combined with the "three zones" effect.In recent years,cross-border e-commerce and logistics have developed rapidly,and the development level has always been at the forefront of domestic cities.With the continuous implementation of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area strategy and the official entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement,new opportunities have been brought to the development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Shenzhen.Therefore,how to promote the coordinated development of the two and better enhance the development level of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Shenzhen is of great significance for building Shenzhen into a global digital trade center city and an international logistics hub city.This article first elaborates on the research background,significance,relevant concepts,and literature of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics,and collaborative development;Secondly,it describes the development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Shenzhen in recent years from three aspects: current situation analysis,development advantages,and existing problems;Subsequently,drawing on the research of scholars such as Ma Shuzhong(2021),20 indicators were comprehensively selected to measure the development level of Shenzhen’s cross-border e-commerce system and cross-border logistics system,and a grey correlation analysis model was constructed based on grey system theory to calculate the correlation degree between the two systems;Then,based on the synergy theory,a composite system synergy model was constructed to calculate the order and synergy between the cross-border e-commerce and logistics subsystems in Shenzhen from2015 to 2020;Furthermore,in order to provide a more concrete evaluation of the current level of collaborative development between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in Shenzhen,a comparative analysis was conducted on the level of collaborative development in Guangzhou,which is also a leading city in the development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics.According to the calculation results of the grey correlation analysis model,it was found that the correlation degree between the two indicators was greater than 0.7,indicating a strong correlation degree between the two and their mutual influence and development.This laid the foundation for the systematic correlation calculation in the next chapter.According to the calculation results of the composite system synergy model,it is found that the order degree of the two increases year by year,but the overall synergy degree is low;Moreover,through comparative analysis with the collaborative development level of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Guangzhou,it was found that the current level of collaborative development in Shenzhen and Guangzhou is relatively low.However,overall,the changes in collaborative degree in Shenzhen are more stable and good,while the fluctuations in collaborative degree changes in Guangzhou are relatively large,indicating that the overall level of collaborative development in Shenzhen is better than that in Guangzhou.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were provided from two aspects: improving the development level of cross-border e-commerce enterprises and related industry talents,as well as enhancing the level of cross-border logistics services,in order to further promote the development of Shenzhen’s cross-border e-commerce industry and cross-border logistics industry,and improve the level of coordinated development between the two.
