Research On The Innovation Of Animal Husbandry Production Organization Under The Condition Of Market Economy

No matter from the international experience or China’s own reality, it’s undoubtedly that animal husbandry has direct influences on residents’ health, safety and nutrition. Conforming to the economic development trend, animal husbandry occupies a more and more important position in the national economy. Therefore, it’s urgent to transform and upgrade.At present, China’s animal husbandry is confronting lots of problems, such as funds shortage, low enthusiam of the farmers, and scarcity of land for animal breeding. The key point to change the current situation is to adopt innovative production and organization mode. This thesis advocates “intensive three-dimension production and organization mode ”. By making full use of traditional production elements(labor, capital, land),and stimulating the innovation of organiztional mode, technology and management skills, the partitioned mass production, capitalized cooperation can be realized. By upgrading the production structure from supply side, with the mind of “three in one” and “three-level interaction”, we can provide comsumers with safe animal products, and achieve the maximal value of livestock industry chain.China is suffering from food safety problems and supervision pressure. By adropting “intensive three-dimension” production and organization mode, the food safety problems can be solved to a certain extent. This new mode advocated that the food processing indusry should be the leading industry in the vertical industry chain. The government has to help 20% of the food companies to guarantee 80% of the food supply. By building up 7 large-scale breeding bases, and adopting “internet+animal husbandry” strategy, we can establish informational traceability system, and start intensive supervision management, and finally, the food safety can be ensured.“Three in One” is an important feature of the new mode. One-dimension(vertical) is using food processiong industry as the leading industry to realize deep and fine processing of animal products, and achieving fine producing by upgrading production structure from the supply side. Two-dimension(horizontal) breeding production is a community of interests mechanism that emphasizes capitalization. In this way, a close cooperation of “company+cooperative community+farmer” can be formed, and farmers’ enthusiasm can be stimulated, then two tough problems(fund shortage of breeding, scarcity of land) can be solved. Three-dimension(spatial) means scaled partition producing and automatic producing. It provides standard and normative breeding model and implements “internet+livestock”strategy nationwide. The horizontal, vertical and spatial elements become the constituent parts of the stereoscopic breeding mode.“Three-level interaction” is the guarantee of the new production mode, which needs our country to provide support from the aspects of organization, regulations, market, capital, technology and talent, etc. From the macro-level, the government has to offer clear development plan and guidance. From the medium-level, the industry association and cooperative community have to strengthen organization and communication. From the micro- level, the enterprises and farmers have to implement new policies and put new ideas into practice. By interaction of the three levels, the policies can be implemented and better results can be achieved. “Three-level interaction” and“Three in One” are in a dialectical system. The former one is the subjective factor and motivation, which is the guarantee of “Three in One”. The latter one is the objective factor and result, which promotes a better development of the “Three-level interaction”.To sum up, “intensive three-dimension” production and oranization mode is a stereoscopic and systematic organization form. The key point is “Three in one” and “Three-level interaction”. This thesis suggests the government should provide support from the aspects of organization, regulations, market, capital, technology and talent, so as to promote the transition of China’s animal husbandry industry from traditional separate breeding mode to low-level massive breeding mode, and then reach the target of intensive fine breeding mode. The success of this mode needs leadership from the entrepreneurs and key agricultural enterprises to improve total factor productivity and promote the organic combination of the new production factors----amimal husbandry, financial capital, information industry( internet+). In this way, information flow, capital flow and logistics can work together to set up a new style of agricultural mode, which is intensive, professional, organizational and socialized. Under this circumstance, the early realization of Chinese agriculture and animal husbandry modernization will be true, and higher agricutlure producing efficiency, more income for the farmers, and prosperity of the countryside won’t be far away.
