Studies On The Development Strategy Of Animal Husbandry Production Cooperation In Daqing

Animal husbandry production cooperatives are in development stage in Daqing, and its whole level is not so high. There are still some issues to be resolved, especially the operating mechanism of cooperatives and the mode of development, which seriously restrict the development of the animal husbandry production cooperative organizations in Daqing. So this study system was researched on animal husbandry production cooperatives from the point of view of economics and system engineering in Daqing.First of all, the status, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities of the development of the animal husbandry production cooperative in Daqing were studied by using methods of SWOT analysis and SCP analysis. It's characteristics were summarized, then it's potential and disadvantage of animal husbandry production cooperatives in the development were clarified so that its own advantages would play in the future, meanwhile, its own disadvantage would be conquered, and it would provided better services for development of the agriculture.Secondly,"company + farmers"contracts of transactions were analyzed in this study by using method of game theory, and the model that the intervention of co-operatives had been used was researched. The government should strongly encourage the establishment, development and improvement of animal husbandry production cooperatives so that it can play a better supervisory role in the contracts and effective connection between companies and farmers, in order to promote "agricultural animal husbandry turn" strategic thinking as soon as possible in Daqing .Thirdly, according to fundamental in-tree modeling of the system dynamics, a new method of the analysis, the feedback archetypes - small archetype generating set method was established in this study. In this way, the small feedback archetypes of the system and the new techniques for the analysis of the feedback archetypes were obtained. The method was applied to analyze the system of the "cooperative + farmers" management mode. So the constraints of the "cooperative + farmers" management mode and a specific management approach were gotten.Finally, policy suggestions about the animal husbandry production cooperatives in Daqing were expounded. It's really good for the stable development of cooperatives, and situation of mutual benefit would come true between cooperatives and farmers.
