Study On The Synergism Development Of The Coupling System Of Agricultural Ecological Environment And Agricultural Economy In Henan Province

The extensive development of agricultural economy and the deterioration of agricultural ecological environment in China have become a major realistic problem which restricts the sustainable development of agriculture. Party Central Committee and State Council point out the direction of agricultural development to solve the problem of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economy.However, there are the facts that the agricultural non-point source pollution is still serious, the carrying capacity of agricultural ecological environment is declining and the contradiction is increasingly severe between the sustainable development of agricultural economy and the construction of "two-orient society". In the research of related theories, in particular, the direction of unidirectional degree of the research on the agricultural ecological environment or the agricultural economy, which is a local therapy of "no overall plan for a fundamental transformation", not only can’t really probe into the root of the contradiction between agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economy, but also is not conducive to the sustainable development of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economy.From the view of system and synergetics thought, the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy are placed in a more ambitious vision of the system, so as to analysis the logical relation and coupling principle between the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy. Through the objectives, the content, the characteristics, the mechanism and effects of the synergism development of coupling system, the ecological environment and the agricultural economy are effectively researched for the theoretical support of the coupling mechanism and the synergism development mechanism. Meanwhile, through the effective connection between subjective and objective world, the government behavior, the market behavior and the behavior of farmers are included in the study of the coupling system between the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy. The analysis of subject behaviors by the combination of normative research and empirical research, provides effective reference for agricultural production practice and related policy design.Based on the empirical research on the synergism development of the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy coupling system in Henan province, the conclusions are drawn as follows. Firstly, the agricultural ecological environmental quality comprehensive evaluation index and the agricultural economy comprehensive evaluation index of Henan province have shown the growth trend during 1995-2013. The main reason for the improvement of the quality of agricultural ecological environment is caused by the behavior of the government. But at the same time, the contribution rates of the force index, state index and response index of agricultural economy are relatively stable. Secondly, thecoupling degree of the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy in Henan province during 1995-2013 is above 0.9 and belong to high quality coupling relationship. The synergy degree is between 0.40488 and 0.89117, and is increasing year by year. The coupled synergism development situation in 2008 is the boundary line. The efficiency of the agricultural ecological environment subsystem is greater than that of the agricultural economy subsystem before 2008 while the relationship between the two is inversion. Thirdly, the evaluation results of the synergy development effect of the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy coupling system in Henan province during1995-2013, show the facts that the more obvious synergism development inefficiencies in the agricultural ecological environment subsystem and the agricultural economy subsystem. Fourthly, through the analysis of subject behavior, the government behavior and the market behavior can be unified in the synergism development process of the coupled system of the agricultural ecological environment and the agricultural economy. The peasant household’s age, the education level, the degree of cognition and the degree of control as the important factors influencing the synergism development of the coupling system provide a reliable basis, in improving the consensus of the social public on the synergism development of the coupling system, strengthening the role of market mechanisms, increasing the investment in the construction of the science & technology and the information, the system support construction of the synergism development of coupling system.
