Research On The Coupling Coordinated Degree Of Agricultural Economy?Agricultural Ecological Environment?Corn Industry Development Of Heilongjiang Province

The development of agriculture is inseparable from the coordinated development of agricultural ecological environment,agricultural economy and related industries.As a pillar industry in Heilongjiang Province,corn production has reached more than half of total grain output since 2012.However,in recent years,the problem of corn inventory is very serious,by the end of September 2016,the State Reserve corn stocks reached 2.7 tons,of which corn stocks in Heilongjiang province accounted for relatively large,which reflects the uncoordinated development of industry,economy and environment to a certain extent.It is significant to study the interaction and coupling efficiency of Heilongjiang agricultural economy,agricultural ecological environment and corn industry system.At the same time,it has an important role in promoting the reform of rural supply side.This paper focuses on the development of agricultural economy,agricultural ecological environment and corn industry system of Heilongjiang province,based on the coupling theory,system theory,sustainable development theory and ecological economic theory,analyzes the level of the coupling coordinated development among agricultural economy,agricultural ecological environment and corn industry system.According to the basic principles of the construction of the index system,the evaluation index system and coupling efficiency evaluation index system are established.Applying entropy method and coupling coordination model to measure and analyze the coupling degree of system.Based on the quantitative analysis and the stage analysis of the development relationship among the agricultural economy,the agricultural ecological environment and the corn industry in Heilongjiang province,comprehensive application data envelopment analysis,constructing the DEA model to evaluate the coupling efficiency among the three subsystem.From the perspective of technical efficiency and scale efficiency,the effectiveness of agricultural technology investment in Heilongjiang province is analyzed.Through the analysis of the coupling relationship and the efficiency level of the system,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the evaluation results.Starting from data and theory,contact the actual policy changes,and then by the actual return policy,this paper explores an effective way to coordinate the development of agro ecological environment,agricultural economic system and corn industry in Heilongjiang province.And it provides an important reference to the big agricultural province,which put corn industry as the leading factor and the diversified industries develop together.The results show that from the aspect of coupling coordination,the coupling development of agricultural economy,agricultural ecological environment and corn industry system presents an upward trend,from the verge of disorder gradually into a coordinated development of quality,but have not reached the best level of coupling.From the coupling efficiency,although the overall upward trend in development,but there are still nearly half of the year coupling level showed no efficiency state,and its effectiveness is seriously insufficient.The reason why the system coupling level is not high is that the technology is invalid,so it is necessary to improve the whole level of coupling and coordination by means of technological innovation and diversified industrial development.
