Along with the development of Web Services and the Service-Oriented Architecture, more and more service providers have devoted themselves to developing and providing Web Services. Service is described by keywords when it is released on the Service Registry to help service consumers find and call. But because of the increasing amount of service which providing the same function, the contact ratio of the keywords is higher and higher, so there is a problem of best service selection. This paper is based on the national nature science fund project "The research of key technologies in Dynamic Service Resource Distribution Network", and is to describe the service evaluation methods of the Dynamic Service Resource Distribution Network (DSRDN) which can solve this service selection problem through the true and real-time service quality evaluation. In order to establish the evaluation mechanism, this paper studies the principle of the DSRDN and the Service Level Agreement, then analysis the demand of the evaluation of the DSRDN, did research into dynamically negotiatn, violation processing, reputation system and the scoring mechanism, proposed the evaluation model and the evaluation system of DSRDN. The design of the system is verified via detailed analysis of several system basic processes. The evaluation model proposed by this paper describes all of the cooperation relationships among the network modules, and has certain model significance to the other networks’ evaluation process. This paper presents an evaluation mechanism for the DSRDN, which accurately evaluates the DSRDN from the perspective of service providers and consumers, and realizes the dynamic negotiation SLA and the accurate analysis and evaluation of the opration of the DSRDN which can effectively support the work of the DSRDN.
