Design And Implementation Of Voice Service System In Multi-Converged Networks

Service industry is one of the most important industries that impel economic development in the 21 century. Modern service industry is a product of service industry turning to Information, knowledge and technology-intensive.While information communication technology (ICT) gives one of the core technical supports to develop modern service.With the development of user demands, ICT and network, integration and heterogeneity will become the nature of future information communication network. User behavior patterns of communication make voice service will always be an important point, which must be carried in heterogenous converged information communication network to support the development of modern service. The industry has focused on how to implement high-quality voice service in heterogenous converged network. In this project, the implementation of voice service in modern service application environment is such a typical research instance.Based on the research of several major technology areas in high quality voice service implementation, this project presents one implementation method in heterogeneous converged networks to meet the modern service industry applications'demand on voice service.Then it sets up a test environment to verify and improve its function.The first part in this paper summarizes the related research background and actuality to this project. After analyzing key technologies in heterogeneous converged networks, the technologies and research points of voice service implementation, which grounded on the modern service applications, are determined in the second part. Combined demands of voice service implementation in heterogeneous converged networks and typical system design models, the next part gives the user-oriented design of high quality voice service implementation system model based on modern service scenarios.The general design and detailed design of this system are given respectively in the following two chapters. The verification method and results are also explained in the fifth part. The last part concludes this paper.The results show that, in heterogenous converged networks supporting service application, the voice service system proposed in this paper can fit the individuation demands of users with different terminal abilities on high quality voice service. Meanwhile, it also provides a reference implementation scheme to the service application in modern service, which is user-center, and users have a variety of network access capabilities terminals.
