Xinjiang accounts for about one-sixth of China’s total land area,is an important passage of the ancient Silk Road and has a very important strategic position.In the “ Belt and Road Initiative”,Xinjiang as an important transportation hub of the Silk Road,is positioned as the commercial and logistics,cultural,scientific and educational center and economic core area of the Silk Road.In the context of carbon peaking and nuclear neutrality in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,it is urgent for Xinjiang to optimize the energy use structure in the logistics sector and accelerate the development of low-carbon transformation.However,the level of logistics is low and the foundation of informatization is weak in Xinjiang.Enterprises act on their own and do not fully realize information sharing.From the thesis analysis of the actual demand for logistics information platform in Xinjiang’s logistics industry,this proposes the architecture of cloudbased logistics information platform according to the service model of cloud computing,According to the relevant theories and the practical application of cloud computing in the logistics industry,this thesis paper designs,implements,and optimize the logistics information platform.Firstly,this thesis Systematically analyzed the development status of Xinjiang’s logistics industry,and expounds the necessity of building a logistics information service platform.In view of the construction of logistics information service platform,due to the different selfowned systems,different formats of data storage in Xinjiang logistics industry and the heterogeneous data that appears in the process of logistics integration,a sharing method based on XML is proposed.The original heterogeneous data is divided into structured,unstructured,and semi-structured.These three types of data are converted into XML format,unified data types,and then analyzed by DOM4 J method was used for parsing,achieving barrier-free reading of data and their validity is verified.Secondly,in order to make the order tasks perform in the most correct,economical and fastest way,improve the efficiency and ensure the load balancing of the system during resource scheduling,this thesis used the GA-AC to optimize the cloud resource scheduling of the logistics service platform,optimizes the cloud resource scheduling with the task processing time and system load balancing as the indicators,and verifies the feasibility of the method.In the traditional method,as the task scale increases,the average task completion time will increase by 20.4%~35.6%.In contrast,the overall load balancing degree of the cloud data center system will be reduced by 0.22~0.31,which can improve the service quality of users.Finally,the holistic design and implementation of the platform are carried out based on the above solutions and the cloud computing service model.The platform includes functional modules such as e-commerce and enterprise portal,transportation and distribution management,customer relationship management and system management.It meets the support system functions and can achieve an integrated logistics and transportation network with regional transportation as the main line and highway transportation as the extension context.The logistics information service platform can be applied to the actual business,the platform integrates the logistics resources of many logistics service providers,thereby providing a unified client portal for service providers.Also,the platform provides logistics resource inquiry and online order sharing for supply and demand through a one-stop website portal,realizing information sharing.
