Objective:As life standards become even more privileged, eating is no longer just satisfied with eatingl at the same time, wine becomes the essential things on the people’s dinner table that can be comparable with the staple, so more and more drunkenness are caused by excessive consumption of alcohol, acute alcoholism and even long-term drinking alcoholic liver injury process caused by the frequency are becoming increasingly serious, directly impact on people’s health. The study confirmes alcoholism and ethanol accumulation in the body have certain contact with the abnormal metabolism. Screening the powerful effective drugs for liver especially a variety of Chinese herbal medicine is important, and all kinds of the Chinese herbal medicine are studied in experiment, including flower of kudzuvine、Semen hoveniae in this topic. Now isoflavones of kudzuvine, the flavonoids of Semen hoveniae and polysaccharides of honey raisin tree have certain effects on ethanol metabolism in experimental animals.,However, the compound herbs after extraction processing, whether in prevention alcoholism and hangover effect is stronger than a single drug or not, people need to think more about it. Based on this thinking, the topic is to observe the protective effects of the compound extracts on mice alcoholism. Method:1, Weighed the three single herb and compound herbs, a certain amount of herbs were hited to the powder, the powder was added to a round-bottomed flask, flower of kudzuvine、Semen hoveniae and the compound powder were added to the concentration of a certain volume of70%ethanol,then heating reflux extraction and getted out the effective substances. The honey raisin tree powder mixed a certain amount of volume of distilled cold water, then heated distilled water to get the extracts for experiment.2、Healthy SPF grade Kunming mice were fed for three days to adapt to the laboratory, and then entered the formal experiment. Mice had regular daily intragastric administration of drugs first, after30min, a certain amount of ethanol were given in mice, observed the normal activities of mice in a week. A week later, the mice picked the eyeball for blood, toke the blood serum after centrifugation.Detected ALB, ALT, AST, ALP, TP content in the serum, after the completion of the blood, dissected and toke the liver in mice, removed the blood and prepared liver homogenate, then measured ADH, SOD, MDA, GSH content of the liver homogenate.Results:1, Compared with normal mice, the remaining mice given ethanol orally are obviously excited after filling a certain amount of ethanol, the mice turned around in circles in the cage, kept jumping up and down, and continued excited after a period of time, and then kept gradually shaking, shambling, sweating. Until quietly sleeping. Each experimental group of mice slept at different time state, the fastest into the sleeping state were the model group after observation, the administration group had longer sleeping incubation period than model group.2、Experimental mice given ethanol feeding after a period of time were dead for a certain toxic alcohol, and each mouse had its different tolerance which led to the death of some mice. 3, Compared with the model group, to a certain extent, each group can increase the ALB, TP content, reduce the activity of ALT, AST, ALP, and can reduce the liver tissue of ADH and MDA contentelevated levels of SOD and GSH in serum. Conclusion:The compound recipe can alleviate mice alcoholism state and drunken latency, can reduce activity of related serum enzyme, can reduce the ethanol-induced lipid peroxidation and cause liver cell damage, protect and restore the liver. The medicine used in the topic are the crude extract, the medicinal ingredients that protect and repair the liver and its mechanism needs further study.
