| Objective: Cold coagulation and blood stasis are common cause and pathogenesis in many Gynopathies. Based on many years, clinic experience, Professor Du Hui-lan designed Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian, it comes from Decoction for Warming Meridian in Furendaquanliangfang and is an effective formula. To further explore the pathogenesis of cold coagulation and blood stasis and therapeutic action of this prescription, we succeeded in establishing the rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis by means of being frozen in ice water, meanwhile, we treated the models with traditional Chinese medicine.
