Objective: Cold coagulation and blood stasis are common cause and pathogenesis in many Gynopathies. Based on many years, clinic experience, Professor Du Hui-lan designed Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian, it comes from Decoction for Warming Meridian in Furendaquanliangfang and is an effective formula. To further explore the pathogenesis of cold coagulation and blood stasis and therapeutic action of this prescription, we succeeded in establishing the rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis by means of being frozen in ice water, meanwhile, we treated the models with traditional Chinese medicine. We observed the changes such as the model rats' ovarian functions, HO/CO, as well as the changes of ovarian vasomotion and Vascularization, the influence of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian on them, Study the pathological changes of cold coagulation and blood stasis and the regulative action of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian, try to clarity the partial mechanism of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian treating gynopathy caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis.part 1: The effect of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian on ovarian function in the rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasisMethods:50 Depuratory and healthy SD female rats, 3-month in age, 230±20g in body weight, after being raised for 1 week, these rats were divided into five groups randomly: normal group, model group, low-dose group, high dose group and control group, there were 10 rats in each group. Frozen rats in ice water to duplicate the model of cold coagulation and blood stasis. From the first day of modeling, those rats of low and high dose groups were intragastric administration in dose of 14.66g/kg and 29.32g/kg seperatively, qd for 2...
