The Efficacy And Observationon On Du Meridian Moxibustion Combined With Wenjing Decoction In Women With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type Dysmenorrhea

PurposeBy observing the patients with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis,using Du meridian moxibustion combined with Wenjing Decoction,taking dysmenorrhea pain degree score as the main observation index and TCM syndrome score as the secondary observation index,the clinical curative effect was verified,and its theoretical basis was studied to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis.Method60 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,all of whom received health guidance,of which 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Du meridian moxibustion and Wenjing Decoction,another 30 cases in the control group were single treated with Wenjing Decoction.Wenjing Decoction is taken continuously for 7 days before menstruation,One dose of Chinese medicine is taken twice each day,half of dose is taken in the morning,and the other half is taken in the evening.Du meridian moxibustion is performed twice in every menstrual cycle,once in the 1-3 days before menstruation,and once again on the day after14 days.One menstrual cycle is one course of treatment in the two groups,with a total of three courses of treatment.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,count the efficacy scores,establish a database,and make statistical analysis with SPSS21.0.Results1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,dysmenorrhea grade,dysmenorrhea score and TCM symptom score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).2.Both the observation group and the control group can reduce the dysmenorrhea score,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment of the observation group and the control group can reduce the TCM symptom scores of dysmenorrhea patients,and the difference isstatistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The observation group and the control group were compared in reducing the recurrence rate of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTaking Wenjing Decoction can improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and on this basis,combined with Du meridian moxibustion,the effect even better,which can significantly improve the degree of dysmenorrhea and TCM symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate of dysmenorrhea.
