Safety Risk Analysis And Assessment Of Casting Crane Lifting System Under Different Working Conditions

In recent years,with the gradual realization of mechanization and automation in China's industrial process,lifting machinery has been widely used in various fields of people's livelihood,but different types of lifting machinery also have high safety risks that can not be ignored.In this paper,the safety risk assessment model of single casting crane lifting system is established from three aspects of man-machine-environment,and the risk analysis and safety assessment of the system are carried out under different working conditions.First of all,the casting crane lifting system is divided into three evaluation units: operator,mechanical equipment and operating environment.Human factor reliability analysis modeling is used for operator respectively.Accident tree analysis modeling is used for mechanical equipment.Qualitative analysis is used to analyze the safety risk in the operating environment.Through the preliminary analysis of the system risk,the essential safety evaluation system program chart is constructed.Secondly,the evaluation system model is constructed.Considering the diversity and fuzziness of the system evaluation unit,the evaluation method suitable for each evaluation unit is selected,and the evaluation grade rule and quantitative calculation model that can reflect the actual risk situation are studied in depth.In order to improve the process of system evaluation and enhance the reliability of system evaluation,the optimization model of system comprehensive evaluation based on variable weight theory is introduced.Finally,according to different working condition of system,the application of the improved system security risk assessment method,the operating personnel and mechanical equipment in different working conditions,safety risk assessment analysis from several aspects,and combining with the man-machine environment system combination of two typical correlation condition of system safety risk assessment analysis,for the essence of the casting crane hoisting system security research to provide certain theoretical basis.
