Study On Traffic Accident Characteristics And Safety Risk Assessment Of Highway Tunnel In Sichuan Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the promotion of the western development policy,the construction of highways in Sichuan Province has developed rapidly and the number of highway tunnels has continuously increased.At the same time,the accompanying operational safety problems have become increasingly prominent.Due to the high speed of the highway tunnel and the restricted driving environment within the tunnel,major traffic accidents often occur in the highway tunnel,which seriously threatens the safety of life and property of the people in the vehicle.Therefore,this paper takes the highway tunnel traffic accident in Sichuan Province as the research object,analyzes the traffic accident characteristics,evaluation methods and countermeasures of highway tunnels in Sichuan Province,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering evaluation.The main research content is as follows:(1)Through the field investigation on the traffic accidents of highway tunnels in Sichuan Province,and statistical analysis of the accident data collected from the survey,the distribution characteristics of traffic accidents and the risk factors of traffic accidents in highway tunnels in Sichuan Province were obtained.(2)According to the result of statistical analysis on field investigation traffic accidents and the literature research on traffic accident impact factors,a safety risk assessment index system for traffic accidents in highway tunnels in Sichuan Province was established.On this basis,the weights of the indicators in the evaluation system are determined,and the evaluation system indicators standards are established.(3)Based on the established index system,indicators weights,and indicators standards,different risk assessment methods were used to evaluate the risk of highway tunnels in Sichuan Province.By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results,a most suitable safety risk assessment method was obtained.(4)Using the most suitable safety risk assessment method to evaluate and classify the safety risks of highway tunnels in Sichuan Province.According to the risk factors in the evaluation results,pertinent engineering measures were proposed and the effectiveness of the engineering measures was analyzed.
