The building investment of China is one of the largest in the world, the production value of construction industry is increasing continually every year. In 2005, the total of production value of construction industry has achieved 3455.21 billion yuan which rise to 19.1% than last year. the whole number of construction enterprises is 58750,the total of employee number is 26.9992 million which is one third of the total employee of industry. The huge investment and the large scale of employee made the consequence of safety accidents more serious and worse: the death amount over 1000 and the direct economic expenses over ten billions. Though the government pays attention to the safety management and issued a series of laws and codes about safety in these years. And the state of the construction safety has changed better. But compared with the developed countries, the state is still serious and the reason is the level of safety is low. with reference to the theory and experiences of the foreign countries, combineing with our country reality, the new ideas and methods of the analysis, forecast, evaluation of constriction safety were proposed in order to establish the perfect control system of the construction enterprises safety on the basis of the state of China, which is significance and imporant to prevent and reduce the consequence of safety accidents.In the view of the safety system engineering, some questions of construction safety were analyzed on the basis of the study of the safety management in china. And the achievements are as follows:â‘ The comparisons of the construction safety management institution in China and the foreign counties were analyzed.â‘¡The hazards of construction safety system were analyzed with real state of construction in china.
