Concurrent design has been a hot topic and a developing current in manufacturing field, but the research on it is booming now in the field of building design. If conception of concurrent design is introduced into the field of building design, it is very significant to some aspects: to support concurrent development of building product, process collaboration, integrated optimization of the building product and etc.According to the characteristic of building design, this paper founds the preliminary integration framework for concurrent design of building products, establishes concepltual design model of building products based on genetic algorithms, then implement the multiobjective optimization method of building products, founds the way which can model and simulate design process of building products on the basis of fuzzy design structural matrix.First, several key technology are differentiated and analyzed in implementing the concurrent design of building projects and the integration framework of concurrent design for building products is discussed. Then the integration framework is constructed preliminarily, which includes integrated contents, functions and general structure partitioned by three domains. It is also mentioned that during implementation of concurrent design of building projects, every professional design process should be planed reasonably based on the shared engineering databases so as to make the design process cross and iterative maximumly.Second, aiming at conceptual design stage, with considering expense model—cost per year and revenue per year, the paper constructs the decision-making optimization model for conceptual design of systematic building products, then by using of random weighed multiobjectives genetic algorithm, the paper obtains concurrent design optimal method which can preliminarily integrate conceptual design of building products.
