The final purpose of architecture design is construction.Meanwhile,as the mobile building products are towards to be developed for the process of construction,the architecture itself is becoming to focus on construction and the work is transforming from the traditional architectural layout to industrial construction product.The theory and technology for the manufacture of industrial product have great influence on mobile building product development,which provide path and method for the transformation of building product.The major purpose of this paper is the development design and development process management of mobile building product.After the discrimination of related definition,development process,application fields,valuation and features,this paper proposes three-domain system of the mobile building products development process theoretically,which was formed of execute domain,support domain and management domain based on the research of the mobile building products development processing elements,referring the concurrent engineering and total product design.Next,the paper proposes specific methods and related technologies for design and process management of products development.Based on the breakdown structure of the mobile building products development process,this paper defines the specific content of the products development and the relevant design methods.In view of Design Structure Matrix technologies,the paper proposes the design methods of the mobile building products development flow.And in the view of the Integrated Multi-View process Modeling technologies,the paper proposes Integrated Multi-View process Modeling technologies for the mobile building products development process management.At last,by the case of the mobile aluminum alloy building products development,the mobile building products development design and process management were applied in practice.
