Study On Optimum Operating Of Transportation And Infomation Suporting System Of Postal Trucks

Mail transportation in postal production is the most important process which affecting the whole efficiency. It also characterizes being transferred of mail, synchronization of production and consumption, national united working of postal production. The focus of it is the cost and time limit.Center office of postal area is demonstrated to be a suitable postal network system to China by practice. It is developed in the movement of increasing of mail, as well as the improvement of postal facility, structure of post system and conveyance during this decade. Trucks became the main means of post transportation according to the development and improvement of national highroad. Under the system of center office of postal area, the saving of cost in the process of mail transport is the most important factor which affect directly to the whole economic benefit of post enterprise, and the saving of cost is decided by the organizing and optimizing of route and vehicle. That is why this paper's object is study on optimum operating of transportation and information supporting system of postal trucks. The research works are from the point of practical use and contemporary development and application of information technology, database technology and computer network.This paper inducted several concepts concerned with post transportation by means of trucks after giving a very comprehensive explanation of the production process. Then, the paper summarized the system of production estimate target and its algorithm, indicated the principle to classify different data types and the data-flow of these data considering how to develop the software and database technic in center office of postal area. In order to decide the quantity rationally in one specific center office of postal area, the author collected amount of mail conveyed by trucks of one center office of postal area during 6 years, and carried out the schedule of its mail amount based on Neural Network, presented the formulae of vehicle quantity needed in a center office of postal area.Considering that different route types have the same character which the begin point and the end point are at same place, this paper make a model for all routes which is called one direction straight line route model, and a optimize model for...
