With the rapidly development of urban construction in our country,which has been promoting the development of the building material and construction industry,the energy consumption of construction-related products accounted for nearly one-third of total energy consumption.The energy consumption per unit area in the large-scale public building is much higher than that in the residential building,so the government is going to carry out the energy consumption quota system for large-scale public buildings. To establish the system,the first thing is to get the energy consumption level and characteristics of large-scale public buildings. For right now it's not feasible to install energy real-time monitoring system in every large public building,in this paper,energy simulation software is used for the study on the energy consumption level and characteristics of large-scale public buildings and predicting electric energy consumption which could provide reference data. for establishing the energy consumption quota system.In this paper,analysis on large-scale office buildings'energy consumption in the hot summer and warm winter area is finished,energy prediction equation is founded.First of all,energy simulation software eQUEST is chosen which is besed on DOE-2 software developed by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the USA.A typical building model is created based on the characteristics of public buildings in the hot summer and warm winter area. Sensitivity analysis on some factors that affecting the building energy consumption such as windows, walls, design indoor temperature and so on,was finished using the typical building model, and the influence of various factors on building energy consumption was obtained.Furthermore, 54 times simulation experiments were carried out for VAV,CAV and FCU respectively,which provided the original data for regression analysis. The experiment was designed using orthogonal test, which not only reduce simulation times, but also make the data rationality.Finally, SPSS, one of the world's three major statistical software, was used for multiple linear regression based on a large number of simulation results. Three energy consumption prediction equations for building undering three different modes of air-conditioning system was founded, and significant of equations was checked, it turned out that the prediction equations were simple, scientific and reasonable.The results of this paper, can be used not only for providing the technological support for the energy consumption quota system for large-scale public buildings, but also by the building designers to evaluate the building's energy consumption during the designing period,which is conducive to building energy-saving design. |
