Research On Progress Management Of W City Smart Transportation Data Center Computer Room Construction Project

Since the policy of reform and opening up,the social economy has achieved leap-forward development as a whole in China.The rapid increase of urban vehicles is also a microcosm which indicates the significant improvement of modern living standards in the quality.However,the traditional urban traffic environment,traffic management and traffic planning modes are difficult to effectively solve various problems faced by urban traffic construction,such as local traffic congestion,low service level,weak vehicle traffic monitoring and forecasting capabilities etc.The original and simple information equipment can no longer meet the business needs of smart transportation,and the data center,as the basic center of informatization,plays an important role.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of intelligent transportation data center as the research object,discusses the basic theory and method of project schedule management,and constructs the project schedule management model with CCPM.At the same time,based on the establishment of the WBS project work breakdown structure,the overall data center construction project management is improved and perfected.Through the critical path analysis method,the application network technology is used to establish the project network map for the project,and then by analyzing the important factors that are affecting the progress through the critical path to obtain the optimization conclusion.Finally,in the construction of data center space optimization method,some suggestions for data center construction and corresponding optimization process are proposed to improve the efficiency of project management and improve the efficiency of project schedule optimization.At present,relevant management personnel in the W-City Smart Transportation Data Center project have begun to gradually understand the importance of the information center and start using it.Although some methods are not perfect,they also lay a solid foundation and ideas for further optimization in the future.
