In the vast rural areas of our country,transportation and postal express are both directly serving the production and life in rural areas,connecting urban and rural areas,serving the common people,and an important link for the exchange of goods.It has the common characteristics of wide coverage,deep foundation of village households,and closely related to the people’s production and life.Facing the current development trend of the "sudden drop" in rural passenger transport demand and the "climbing" in rural express delivery demand,deepening the integrated development of transportation and postal express delivery is an effective solution to the problems of rural passenger transport and express delivery entering the village,and realizing mutual "hug" good way.To promote the integrated development of transportation and postal express delivery in rural areas,it is important to innovate the transportation organization method that integrates postal delivery.The same network of passenger and freight is a new type of transportation organization method that integrates postal delivery.Therefore,based on the background of the integrated development of passenger and freight transportation services and mail express delivery services in rural areas,this article focuses on the optimization of the transportation organizati on of the same network of passenger and freight.The main research content is as follows:First,the stage of delivery and postal integration is interpreted,and the elements of delivery and postal integration are sorted out,including transportation organization,institutional mechanisms,node facilities,and information.The six modes of passenger and freight on the same network are introduced and determined.The research scope of this article mainly corresponds to the "urban and rural public transport+" and"rural line+" models.It analyzes the development difficulties and key technologies of the same network of passenger and freight,and summarizes the demand for mail and express mail,passenger demand,transportation network characteristics,and vehicle characteristics.Summarized the main factors affecting the transportation organization of passenger and freight on the same network,and determined the research scope and technical path of this article;then described the optimization problem of transportation organization on the same network of passenger and cargo,that is,formulating the delivery(piggybacking)strategy of mail express on urban and rural buses.How to reasonably complete the optimization problem of passenger travel and mail express delivery at the same time.Then an optimization model is constructed with the minimum cost of passenger delay time,the minimum penalty cost of mail shipment time and the minimum number of unloading times as the objective function,and the constraints of passenger car carrying capacity,passenger tolerance limit,and mail shipment time window are designed to solve the model.NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm.Finally,taking the passenger and freight lines in Taojiang County,Yiyang County as an example,through the model solution,the transportation organization plan of different lines and different times of vehicles carrying different mail expresses by the way is obtained.The solution minimzes passenger travel delays,and can deliver the express mail safely and quickly within its time window.The research process provides new ideas and methods for the optimization of passenger and freight transportation organization on the same network under the background of delivery and postal integration,and has played a role in promoting the improvement of passenger transportation and logistics in urban and rural areas. |
