Objective: To observe the effects of Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction on TCM syndrome score, inflammatory correlation index and lung CT of patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of community-acquired pneumonia, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction on patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods: This study selected hospital between January 2021 and January 2022 in fuzhou second hospital of respiratory and critical care medicine and incorporated into the standard community-acquired pneumonia phlegm heat indicates 60 patients with lung card, will be randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases, control group to the conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction to cure,The course of treatment was 10 days.TCM syndrome score, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,D-dimer,neutrophil and lung CT of both groups were recorded before and after treatment, and data were analyzed by statistical software.Results:(1)TCM syndrome effect: the total effective rate of the observation group was92.59%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)TCM syndrome score: on the 6th and 10 th day of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05).(3)Inflammatory indicators: On day 6 and 10 of treatment, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein and absolute neutrophil value in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the indicators in the observation group decreased better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).On day 6 of treatment, there was no significant difference in procalcitonin level between the two groups compared with before treatment(P > 0.05),and no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).On day10 of treatment, the D-dimer level in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Imaging: The total absorption rate of pulmonary inflammation in the observation group was 96.30%,and that in the control group was 87.50%.Within 10 days of treatment, the two groups had similar efficacy in promoting the absorption area of pneumonia(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment is superior to conventional Western medicine treatment in improving the TCM syndrome score of CAP patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome, which can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of CAP.(2)In different time periods,Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment was superior to conventional Western medicine treatment in reducing inflammatory related indicators(white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophil, absolute value of neutrophil,C-reactive protein,D-dimer)of patients with CAP phlegm-heat obstruction syndrome.(3)Within 10 days of treatment,Zhang’s Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with western conventional treatment was comparable to the western conventional treatment group in improving PCT and promoting pneumonia absorption.
