Clinical Effect Observation Of Qinghua Kechuan Decoction On Community-Acquired Pneumonia (Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Type)

Objective: Conventional basic therapy combined with Qinghua Kechuan Decoction to treat CAP(phlegm-heated lung syndrome).To judge its efficacy and safety.Methods: Included in this study between January 2020 and January 2021 in Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine classic ward,respiratory and geriatrics department hospitalized patients with CAP.72 cases were randomly grouped at a ratio of 1:1.The control group used antibiotics and other measures.The therapy group additionally used Qinghua Kechuan Decoction.The course of treatment was 7days.Before and 7 days after treatment,the patients’ symptoms(primary symptom,secondary symptom),signs,inflammatory indicators,chest CT,TCM syndrome scores and other changes were evaluated.Result:1.Before treatment,the patients’ age,gender,BMI,smoking history,basic diseases,severity,inflammation indexes,TCM syndrome scores,etc.,are all comarable(P>0.05).2.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate was compared after 7 days of treatment.Among them,the therapy group was 94.28%,and the control group was 88.57%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome curative effect:Compare the total effective rate.The theraphy group was 94.28%,and the control group was 82.85%.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Total Points of TCM Syndrome:After the treatment,the total points were counted,and both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).And the point of the therapy group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score of single symptom and sign: After the treatment,the individual points of the two groups were counted,and then compared with those before the treatment.The results showed that in addition to the fever symptom point,the remaining points were all statistically significant(P<0.05).And in the comparison between the groups,the sputum point of the therapy group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).6.Inflammation indicators: After treatment,WBC,N%,and CRP were counted,and compared with before treatment,they were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And compared with the two groups,the therapy group’s level was significantly better(P<0.05).7.Chest CT: Analyze the chest CT after treatment in the two groups.From the perspective of lung inflammation absorption,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).8.Safety evaluation:After the treatment,the safety indicators were tested,and there was no abnormal change.During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: Based on the western medicine,the combination of Qinghua Kechuan Decoction has an obvious effect on CAP(phlegm-heat obturation of the lung)compared with the western medicine alone,which improves the overall clinical efficacy,effectively improves the clinical symptoms of patients,reduces inflammatory indicators,and has a good safety.
