Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The Blood Heat And Intestinal Dryness Type Of Stage Ⅱ By Closed Anal Injection And Dressing Change With Shengjiyuhong Ointment

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of anus closed injection and dressing change with Shengjiyuhong ointment in the treatment of the blood heat and intestinal dryness type of stage Ⅱ.Methods:60 patients with blood heat and intestinal dryness stage ⅱ anal fissure were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)by random number table method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given shengjiyuhong ointment for dressing change,and the treatment group was given anal closed injection and shengjiyuhong ointment for dressing change.Anal pain,hematochezia,wound healing time,TCM syndrome improvement,significant efficiency and effective rate,medication safety and recurrence were scored in the two groups,and then statistically analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in gender composition,age distribution,disease duration and anal fissure length between 2 groups(P >0.05).After treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in anal pain,hematochezia,wound healing time,TCM syndrome improvement,significant efficiency,recurrence rate and other aspects(P <0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Anal closed injection combined with shengjiyuhong ointment dressing change in the treatment of blood heat and bowel dry type ⅱ anal fissure has definite curative effect,which can significantly improve patients’ anal pain,blood in stool and TCM syndromes,shorten healing time,and has high safety and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
