| Objective: Based on the basic treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM theory,combined with modern postoperative treatment,use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,postoperative recovery in patients with anal fissure blood type good Joe dry permit for curative effect evaluation,through the clinical curative effect evaluation and related materials of query summary,inductive law and curative effect in clinical use,provide a new treatment for anorectal diseases postoperative rehabilitation treatment period and effective reference.Methods: This study was a clinical experimental study,and the main research object was 80 patients with anal fissure hospitalized in ward II,Department of Anorectal Medicine,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022.Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and informed consent was signed with the consent of the subjects.Subjects were randomly controlled,and 40 people in each group were assigned to the treatment group and the control group respectively.The experimental group was treated with coptis ointment gauze after dressing change based on the theory of syndrome differentiation based on TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with Revnol gauze.Thus,the curative effect of dressing change based on syndrome differentiation and traditional western medicine after anorectal surgery was statistically and compared.Then,the statistical data of the test were sorted out,summarized and analyzed,so as to summarize the curative effect and treatment rules of postoperative dressing change based on syndrome differentiation of TCM for anorectal fissure with blood heat and intestinal dryness.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the basic data(age distribution,gender distribution and initial wound area)between the experimental group and the control group.2.After 3 and 7 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in pain scores between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.000 < 0.05).3.After 3 and 7 days of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of edema between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.028 <0.05,P=0.000 < 0.05).4.After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the bleeding scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared,and there were statistical differences(P=0.000 < 0.05).5.The secretion scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were statistically different after 3 days of treatment(P=0.034 < 0.05),while the pain scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were not statistically different after 7 days of treatment(P=0.132 > 0.05).6.After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in the wound healing rate scores between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.000 < 0.05).After the comparison of healing days between the control group and the treatment group,there was statistical difference(T =6.282,P=0.000 < 0.05).Conclusion: Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine,dressing change for blood heat and bowel driness syndrome of anal fissure has better efficacy than dressing change for Refnoel in western medicine after common witness operation of anal fissure,and has obvious efficacy for postoperative complications and recovery speed of patients.Its theory accords with the basic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and its operation method is simple and feasible.Studies have proved that external medicine has obvious effect on clearing heat and moistening dryness.Its theoretical basis is sufficient,the method is feasible and has high clinical application value.Through the analysis of the results of the study,it was found that the treatment effect of the experimental group and the control group was no difference,and all were cured.However,in the process of treatment,the comparison between the two groups of tests can be found that coptis ointment compared with revnol has better therapeutic effect on the complications in the healing process of blood heat and intestinal drayness anal fissure,and the healing speed is faster than that of the control group. |
