Clinical Observation Of Wang’s Fissure Healing Recipe For External Treatment Of Early Anal Fissure With Blood-heat And Intestinal Dryness

Objective: This research is based on observing the clinical efficacy of Wang’s fissure prescription in the treatment of early anal fissure with blood-heat and intestinal dryness,providing scientific and reliable clinical data for the clinical treatment of early anal fissure,and providing new ideas and options for reducing the pain of patients with anal fissure and improving their quality of life.It also provides a reliable basis for the clinical application of Wang’s fissure recipe combined with Saimean powder to promote the healing of early anal fissure wound of blood-heat and intestinal dryness type.Methods: Sixty-four outpatients who met the inclusion criteria for early anal fissure with blood-heat and intestinal dryness were included in the second anorectal area of Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to November 2022,and were divided into the experimental group(32cases)and the control group(32 cases)by completely randomized method.The wounds of the control group were treated locally with potassium permanganate solution sitting bath plus cemetrian powder,and the wounds of the experimental group were treated locally with Wang’s fissure Yufang sitting bath plus cemetrian powder.Sitbath was given once every morning before dressing change,and sitbath treatment lasted for 2 courses(14 days).The degree of wound pain and hematochezia before treatment and at the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after treatment were recorded in the two groups.The healing time of wound and the recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment were recorded.Statistical software SPSS26.0was used to analyze the collected data.Results: In the course of clinical study,a total of 64 cases were studied and observed,including 1 case shedding in the study group and 1 case shedding in the control group.Finally,62 cases were completed,31 cases in the study group and 31 cases in the control group.Analysis of general information before treatment: the two groups were statistically compared in age,gender,course of disease,degree of pain before treatment and degree of hematostoecia before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical difference.The basic data of the study group and the control group before treatment were similar and comparable.The research results are analyzed as follows:(1)Wound pain: After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,the pain degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of Wang’s fissure prescription sitbath in the treatment of blood-heat intestinal dryness early anal fissure wound pain was significantly superior to potassium permanganate sitbath treatment.(2)Wound bleeding: The comparison of the degree of wound bleeding between the two groups after two courses of medication,the degree of wound bleeding at 3,7 and 14 days after medication in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of Wang’s fissure prescription sitbath in the treatment of bleeding at the early stage of anal fissure with blood-heat and intestinal dryness was significantly better than that of potassium manganese sitbath.(3)Healing time: The healing time of the two groups was compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Wang’s Fissure Yufang sitbath was better than potassium permanganate sitbath in promoting wound healing and accelerating healing time.(4)Comparison of overall efficacy: 14 days after medication,the effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,and that of the control group was 80.64%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The results indicated that the pain,bleeding and healing time were improved in both groups after 14 days of treatment,and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group.(5)Recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of the study group within 3 months;The recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,indicating that Wang’s fissure prescription sitting bath can reduce the recurrence of early anal fissure with blood-heat and intestinal dryness.Conclusion:Wang’s Fissure Prescription sitting bath has clear curative effect on early anal fissure of blood-heat and intestinal dryness type,which can obviously relieve postoperative wound pain and bleeding,promote wound healing,shorten healing time and reduce recurrence rate.In addition,no adverse reactions occurred in the process of use,good safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
