Clinical Efficacy Of Coptis Oil In Promoting Surgery Wound Healing Of Anal Fissure With Blood Heat And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective: In this study,through the application of coptis oil gauze in dressing change after anal fissure surgery of blood heat and intestinal dryness,observe its effects on relieving wound pain,promoting the growth of granulation tissue and reducing wound secretion,and demonstrate the positive effect of coptis oil gauze dressing change on wound healing after anal fissure surgery.Methods: Selection of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital anus bowel division between April 2020 and February 2021 hospitalized patients in accord with standard of this test in 60 cases of patients,all after local anesthesia downlink anus expansion technique,postoperative were banned for 48 hours,to static drops of antibiotics and hemostatic treatment for 2 days,using randomized controlled methods,according to the proportion of 1:1 were allocated to treatment group and control group,treatment group 30 cases,article in rhizoma coptidis oil gauze dressing treatment;The control group(30 cases)were treated with Refnur gauze dressing change.Routine dressing change was performed once a day in both groups.Wound pain,wound edema and wound secretion were observed on the 3rd,7th and 14 th days after surgery.The wound healing rate was calculated by measuring the wound area.After discharge,the patient was asked to return to the hospital every day for dressing change,and the wound healing time was recorded.Results: 1.There were no statistical differences in preoperative general conditions(age,gender,course of disease and original wound area)between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of comprehensive efficacy(P >0.05).3.There were significant differences in pain degree between the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd,7th and 14 th days after surgery(P <0.05).4.In the comparison of the degree of wound edema between the treatment group and the control group,there were statistically significant differences on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after surgery(P <0.05).5.In the comparison of the amount of wound secretion exudation between the treatment group and the control group,there was statistically significant difference on the 3rd,7th and14 th day after surgery(P <0.05).6.In the comparison of the wound area and wound healing rate between the treatment group and the control group,there were statistical differences on the 7th and 14 th day(P <0.05).7.There was statistical difference in the wound healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: By observing the clinical effect of dressing change of coptis oil gauze,it is found that dressing change of coptis oil after operation of anal fissure with blood heat and dryness can significantly relieve postoperative wound pain and wound edema,reduce wound secretion,improve wound healing rate and shorten wound healing time.
